01 · AI Assistant
Just ask.
Ask a question the way you would ask a colleague. SAFY checks your SAFEJETS MS records and answers with the details you need: what, who and when.
“Which audit findings are overdue, and who is responsible for each?”
SAFY checks Compliance Monitoring and lists each finding with its level, owner and how late it is.

And it gets things done.
SAFY does not stop at answers. It asks for everything it needs in one message, and it confirms with you before it saves a shared record. Each record it creates comes back as a link you can open.
- Create Tasks, meetings, risks, audits, personal to-dos and fatigue reports.
- Move tasks on Update, accept, deny, send to review or reopen a task, and post a message on it.
- Keep records current Update a meeting or a fatigue report, and mark notifications as read.
03 · Ask SAFY
Ask SAFY. Everywhere.
Look for the Ask SAFY button across SAFEJETS MS. SAFY drafts the work. You review it and decide what to keep.
Checklists from your manuals
In the checklist editor, select Ask SAFY and choose a company document. SAFY builds the audit checklist from your own approved manual, so every question traces back to a procedure you wrote.
- 1 Choose an approved controlled document that is included in AI search
- 2 Select the sections to cover
- 3 Review the draft and add the items you want
From the regulation, rule by rule
Pick a framework from your regulatory profile and the parts to cover. SAFY writes the checklist and cites the rule for each item, for example ORO.GEN.200(a)(3), with AMC and GM references where they apply.
For EASA regulations, from Air Ops and Aircrew to Continuing Airworthiness, Aerodromes and Part-IS, SAFY works from built-in rule text. Every company request also carries your country, time zone and regulatory profile, so the answers fit your operation.
Reference finder
On any checklist item, select Ask SAFY for References. SAFY suggests matching references from your regulatory profile. Select one and it fills the field.

Questions about SAFY
What is SAFY?
SAFY is the AI assistant built into SAFEJETS MS, the aviation safety and compliance management system. It answers questions from your own safety and quality records, creates and updates tasks, meetings, risks and audits when you confirm, drafts audit checklists from your manuals and the regulation, finds regulation references and analyses risk.
Is SAFY a separate product?
No. SAFY is part of SAFEJETS MS and works on the records your organisation already keeps there, so there is no second system to set up or keep in sync. It was previously called SAFEJETS AI.
Can SAFY see records that I cannot see?
No. Every request runs with your own permissions and inside your own company. SAFY never opens a record you could not open yourself, and it never reads another company's data.
Does SAFY change records without asking?
No. SAFY asks for your confirmation before it creates or changes shared records such as tasks, meetings, risks and audits. Deleting records, user administration, roles, access changes and settings are blocked in chat, and AI suggestions are marked for your review.
Who can use SAFY, and is its work logged?
Your administrators decide. In Company Settings they choose which user groups can use the AI features. Every AI action is recorded in the AI Queries log: who ran it, what was sent, what came back and whether it succeeded.
Which languages does SAFY speak?
SAFY replies in the language you write in, for example English, Turkish, German, French or Arabic.
Where do SAFY's regulation references come from?
From the frameworks in your company's regulatory profile in SAFEJETS MS. For EASA regulations, from Air Ops to Part-IS, the rule text is built in, and SAFY cites the rule for each checklist item, such as ORO.GEN.200(a)(3), with AMC and GM where they apply. Check each suggestion before you use it.
