Istanbul / Geneva – November 13, 2025 MySky, the global leader in financial automation and data intelligence for business aviation, has acquired the FTL platform from SAFEJETS, marking a strategic expansion into the rapidly growing Turkish market and reinforcing its position as the most integrated platform in private aviation.

Used by over 130 aircraft and commanding 90% of the Turkish market share, SAFEJETS FTL has been the trusted crew management, flight scheduling, and duty time tool for operators across the region. Now, under the MySky umbrella, FTL will benefit from enhanced development capabilities, deeper industry integrations, and the backing of a global team fully dedicated to streamlining and automating business aviation operations.

SAFEJETS has always stood for reliability and innovation in Turkish business aviation. By joining forces with MySky, which is a revolution in the aviation industry, we are writing the next chapter of our FTL platform with more power, more people, and more potential than ever, without losing the local touch and expertise,” said Tevfik Uyar, Founder of SAFEJETS.

The acquisition comes at a time when Turkey is one of the fastest-growing private aviation markets in the world driven by increasing demand for both charter services and cost transparency. With the integration of FTL, MySky takes a major step in connecting its platforms across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

This acquisition also marks a major milestone for MySky, which now supports over 1,500 aircraft under subscription across its global platform, a clear sign of growing demand for integrated, data-driven solutions in business aviation.

“Turkey is a dynamic and strategic market for MySky,” said Kiril Kim, Co-Founder and CEO of MySky. “This is not just about scheduling. It’s about enabling operators with fully integrated tools for cost control, budgeting, quoting, and beyond. There is a lot more to come.”

The FTL platform will remain fully operational for all existing customers, with no disruption in service. Tevfik Uyar will continue supporting the company for the coming years to ensure continuity and customer care, while the MySky team accelerates the roadmap with modern infrastructure, global resources, and seamless product integration.

This move follows MySky’s successful expansion into the UAE with the opening of its Dubai office three years ago and represents a strategic bridge between Europe and Asia expanding MySky’s vision of a unified, intelligent platform for the business aviation ecosystem.
