The partnership comes as WIND AVIATION moves toward securing its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). This dual-system approach will allow the company to integrate flight operations oversight, crew scheduling compliance, and safety management into one unified, data-driven framework from day one.
