Dr. Tevfik Uyar participated as a speaker in the “AI & Green Transition” panel organized by BULTISAD-Bulgar-Türk Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası -Bulgarian-Turkish Chamber of Commerce, at the Balkan Business Forum, where industry leaders explored how advanced technologies and sustainability are reshaping traditional sectors.

Dr. Tevfik Uyar took part in the “AI & Green Transition” panel, moderated by Boyko Takov, Executive Director of the Bulgarian SME Promotion Agency. During the session, he joined distinguished speakers including Sashka Sashova (Power Partner Solutions), Emil Tsankov (ICT Cluster Varna), Petko Georgiev (ICT Cluster Burgas), and Alim Kucukpehlivan, Chairman of the TOBB Software Export Committee and CEO of Başarsoft.

During his intervention, Dr. Uyar highlighted the critical role of safety, risk management, and data-driven systems in enabling the responsible and sustainable integration of artificial intelligence. He emphasized that as industries accelerate digital transformation, embedding robust safety frameworks is essential to ensuring resilience and long-term operational reliability.

The Balkan Business Forum featured three main panels—Growth Instruments, The Industrial Backbone, and AI & Green Transition—and gathered high-level decision-makers from various sectors. With more than 300 companies participating in B2B meetings, the event demonstrated strong momentum toward regional economic integration and innovation.
